Adding an Encounter
Note at the bottom of the patient form an Add Encounter button allows the user to create an encounter for this patient.
Encounters are not required, but are recommended so that the user can search for patients by site and type of visit, thus creating daily lists of patients for either hospital rounds or clinic visits. Note the user needs to setup a list of practice sites prior to creating an encounter. See Search and Patient List for more information.
