Customizing iChart
iChart Sync displays 'My Templates' and 'My Note Types' under their respective sections
The user can 1)Transfer the community templates and note types to their lists via the Shared folder lists. Once a template or Note Type is listed in the active list, iChart will install this item in the next sync. To remove items from iChart select deactivate. This will then remove this item from iChart at the time of the next sync operation.
Users can also create new templates or modify existing templates via the Template editor.

Note types are also editable and can be created by users.
Note: there is no inherit error checking of edited templates and improper syntax and use of XML will result in odd behavior. Please modify with care. A complete developers guide is being prepared to further clarify the XML conventions used.
The shared directory will grow over time with new additions from the user base as well as the Caretools clinical staff.
Click in the Shared Templates folder item to see an overview as community items as well as new additions.
Note the Transfer link option in the list of Shared templates as well as Note Types.
Click transfer and your active list will be appended with the selected item(s).
