Printing Notes, Scripts and Billing Reports

Once you login, the user account home screen is displayed.

The six tabs at the top are used to navigate the patient medical data for the logged in user. The Messages tab is selected by default when first displayed. The Home page is where the user can sign up for optional add-on services and technical support.
The user can switch to the Inbox view to review and create messages for the iPhone iChart Inbox.

To print Notes, select the Notes tab.

Select the note via View/edit link, or select multiple checkboxes and then click the 'Print Selected' button to print multiple notes at one time.

Once selected a note can be further modified, signed, printed or exported to PDF.

The online note editor works like the iChart iPhone editor, tap a section then edit via keyboard or template menus.

Prescriptions are listed as well and can be marked as sent to remove from the default list.

Prescriptions sent via the optional ePrescribing feature will also be listed with a red or green dot to denote confirmed receipt by the pharmacy.

Clicking on a prescription displays it for printing.

Select the mark as sent checkbox to move from the Unsent list to the Sent list, then close the window.

Billing codes can be viewed, printed and exported.

Selected the report type, then the 'Show Report' button to display or print the billing code report. The user can also select the Export to CSV option to create an Excel/CSV file for import into practice management or billing systems.

User configuration and custom settings are controlled via the Settings Tab.

User profile, sites and password changes are accessed via the screen above. User selected Note types and Clinical templates are managed via the left column trivet. The user can select templates from the template library and edit these via the supplied tools.
