Register online at www.caretools.com via iChart Sync

Register prior to adding patient information, as your provider unique ID is generated via registration and is used to track your patients once uploaded to the data center.

Once completed, use the username and password entered in the screen listed below.

Enter Username and Password from the website registration.

Once you have registered online, copy the registration username and password to this form. Once registered your first login from the iPhone or iPod Touch will download a unique ID that is used to mark all uploaded data as yours. Prior to the initial registration no uploaded data will be displayed in iChart Sync, so it recommended that you register and sync before adding data you would like to upload. If you forget your password and or username you will have to re-register.
NOTE: Also enter a PIN code (Passcode) that is used to secure and unlock the application every-time the device times out or is interrupted.

If you are upgrading your iChart app from a version previous to 1.37, then you will be asked upon initial start-up for a PIN/ Passcode for future use.

If you need to adjust the username, use this setting screen to do so. The app will prompt for a correct password if required at the time of a sync if the username or password do not match the system registration settings, but login username may be edited via the settings screen.

App Start-up

Each time the app is stopped or interrupted and then restarted, a security prompt will be displayed. The PIN / Passcode set in the screen above is required to continue. If you do not recall your Passcode, login to the web account and go to My Profile screen and request your PIN passcode to be sent to the designated email account.
