Support: Tech Support and Training Information

Technical Support services which includes Q&A , training and  template assistance is available to all customers simply by clicking on the Tech Support Sign-Up button located at the bottom of the user's online account home screen.  Support services are per hour and are offered at reaonable rates.

Enterprise customers are assigned a support staff member per our enterprise support and service agreement.  Additional and ad-hoc training and assistance is available as needed per our standard rates, contact support@caretools.com for more information.
